I'm excited to share with you a video that shows off my custom steering wheel setup. I had to get creative when setting up my G27 on my keyboard, as it left me with very limited space for typing. To solve this problem, I purchased a quick release accessory for a standard steering wheel from Taobao. Next, I crafted two flanges using 3D printing technology, but unfortunately, my FDM printer couldn't produce outputs strong enough. To get around this issue, I cut the flanges from a chunk of ABS plastic. You'll need the following materials to replicate my setup: * T4.0 * 20 screws (6) * M5 * 8 screws (6) * M5 * 16 screws (6) * M4 * 12 screws (6) * M5 nuts * M4 nuts Update: I've added a crucial note - make sure to include spacers on flange2, as tightening the steering wheel too hard might damage the flange. Here are my printer settings: I used an MDX-40A printer for this project. My print settings were as follows: * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.01 * Infill: 100%
