G2" to G1" Adapter with Mounting Eye

<p>I wanted to replace the tiny 1 inch filter from my cistern pump by a larger 2 inch one. So I designed this adapter. The larger diameter gives the strainer a larger surface area and makes it easier to pump the water for my plants.</p><p>The design features a mounting eye for attaching a float gauge.</p><h3>Printing</h3><p>I printed my adapter using PETG. Layer height: 0.15mm. No supports required.</p><h3><strong>Design and Source Code</strong></h3><p>The adapter has been designed using OpenSCAD and by using "Yet another thread library for OpenSCAD "(<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2277141">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2277141</a>) by arpruss.
