G2 fit over skate bearing

This custom-made idler is based on the design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 and modified using the Customizer! tool. It holds a regular skate 22mm bearing, which fits inside to secure a G2 belt in place. To create this idler, various options were used such as setting pulley_b_dia to 0, no_of_nuts to 0, m3_dia to 0, motor_shaft to 22, pulley_t_ht to 12, idler to 1, pulley_b_ht to 2, m3_nut_depth to 2.7, idler_ht to 3, teeth to 40, additional_tooth_width to 0.2, m3_nut_hex to 0, nut_angle to 90, profile to 12, nut_shaft_distance to 0, m3_nut_flats to 5.7, additional_tooth_depth to 0, retainer to 1, and retainer_ht to 3 for optimal functionality.
