Tested the G1W Dash Cam mounted on a device I've tried, all of them haven't been great so far. Uploaded the same day it was printed. Two weeks of use have shown that maybe next time I'll print it in ABS because the PLA seems to be warping under heat, still durable but a little uglier now. It doesn't vibrate on gravel roads at all. Very sturdy so far, no issues reported. Tested with PLA filament. Sliced using Cura software. 75% infill rate. 0.3mm accuracy level achieved. 60° bed temperature set. 210° extruder temperature set. Components used: 2x 6-32 x 3/4" screws. 2x 6-32 nuts. 2x #6 washers. 2x #6 locking washers. Attached to the windshield using double-sided Gorilla tape.
