G1 Reels laser contrast sensor setup jig

<p>Sensor (Banner Q3XT laser contrast) bracket M18 with M5 drill guides for 25mm box section.<br>Swivel action for flip between fabric and inner core contrast setup/ angled pickup. Added feet to stabilize.</p><p>Distance set to approx 320mm between laser sensor and reel core center, there should be no reason to adjust but slots provided should the need arise, ensure setup <strong>on the line</strong> is equal via side brackets. Angle can be replicated on jig, check laser point is central to core on the line.&nbsp;</p><p>Setup sensor on jig using inner cores and fabric in use and swap out on line when setup. Remember to reset sensor before setting up sensor.</p>
