A G1/4 10mm barb fitting that fits perfectly into G1/4 threads. A test fit confirms its smooth threading. For the best results, print this model at high resolution to capture every detail on the thread. The tip should point downwards, using bed supports only, so the threads remain free from cumbersome support removal issues. To prevent leaks, place an O-ring between the fitting and the radiator or screw-in component it will be attached to. Since 3D prints are inherently porous, some leakage is unavoidable. Consider applying a resin coating or exploring alternative manufacturing processes like casting in resin. Alternatively, use this model as a mold to create identical fittings. This design is not ideal for permanent applications but should serve as a temporary solution while waiting for authentic fittings. Feel free to modify the model to your liking; it's a valuable resource for replicating G1/4 or 1/4" BSPP threads.
