Designed with Tinkercad, it ensures the watch strap doesn't obstruct charging. The 28-degree slope provides clear visibility and operability while charging. The main design goal was to move the wire connection to the stand's bottom. A sphere encloses the Micro USB connector, allowing for a simple print job with minimal support needed. Important Notes: 1. Read the instructions carefully to avoid crushing the charging cradle in the case. 2. Dis-assembly may destroy the printed parts due to glue usage required by this design. Assembly Instructions To facilitate easy printing, this charger consists of two separate pieces with enabled support material. Ensure a snug fit between the intake and the charging mount; if not, grind the intake until it fits perfectly without force. The central hole enables simple removal of the charging cradle. Assembly Sequence: 1. Place the charging dock inside the holder. 2. Pass the USB wire through the stand. 3. Connect the Micro USB wire to the charging mount. 4. Carefully place the holder into the notch on the stand, with attention to fit the Micro USB connector into the sphere. 5. Glue the two parts together. Tips: 1. Apply a bar clamp lightly while gluing the pieces together; use small drops of superglue on both the top and bottom overlapping areas for a strong bond. 2. Use caution not to overapply glue, as dis-assembly will be difficult with excess glue. Important Safety Precautions: 1. Avoid excessive glue application during assembly, as it may render the charger unremovable for repair or upgrade purposes. 2. Do not attempt to remove the charging mount without first releasing the holder from the stand.
