G scale Train Car Bogie / Trolley

Thanks to positron96 for the original bogie I modified. This is a G-scale bogie and trolley for model train cars. Per bogie, you will need two 16D 3 inch or 3-1/2 inch finish nails measuring 3.1 mm in diameter, and four 3/8 inch washers measuring 22.3 mm OD, 9.7 mm ID, and 2.3 mm thick. Tap one washer into each wheel. Cut the head and tip off each nail and trim to exactly 65 mm. Grind any burs off the ends. Gently tap the nail into the axle, then into each wheel, centering everything on the nail. Repeat for second wheel/axle assembly. Glue the top and bottom of the beam together. Press the plates onto either side. Glue if needed. Insert the wheel assemblies into the completed bogie. Insert the large pin through the bottom of the bogie, through the Mk6b coupler* and into the bottom of the trolley chassis.
