Bulkheads and Double-stakes transform LGB 53' flat cars into pulpwood cars. Designed for printing with an SLA (resin) printer, I've included Chitubox project files that worked well on My Elegoo Mars printer. Admittedly, I got a bit carried away with the supports! The stakes can be printed with an FDM printer. Drill templates are provided to create holes for fastening bulkheads with M2 x 6mm Screws or simply gluing them in place. Create bulkhead faces using coffee stirrers or Plastic sheet (100x105mm). Notch out the bed at each location where you want to insert a stake for proper fit. Alternatively, just make a new bed of coffee stirrers, steel mesh etc. UPDATE: Chitubox bulkhead files with supports have been added by popular demand.
