The GI Joe Snow Cat, a winterized halftrack companion to the Polar Battle Bear snowmobile, is available for download on this website. This 3D file was created using an old toy and a pair of 6 inch calipers. The model is designed at the size of the actual toy but intended to be printed at 25% scale. Printing it larger or smaller may result in too much or too little detail. The chassis should be printed right side up with supports, while the turret should also be printed right side up with supports. The front tires and treads can be printed with the hubcaps pointing up, requiring no supports. The ski missiles should be printed with the ski down and supports turned on. Finally, the chin piece is printed upside down and glued to the underside of the chassis. This 3D model is a tribute to past and present members of our Armed Forces, who are truly the "Real American Heroes." Their sacrifice allows people like me to live in peace, freedom, and create silly little toys like these. This file is available for free download on this website, but please note that it is listed as non-commercial. Neither you nor I can buy or sell physical copies of this 3D model. You are allowed to print copies for your own personal use, and we encourage you to do so. If you have downloaded this file from a source other than my site on thingiverse.com, please note that they did so without my permission.
