For basic Short stroking needs! Mod at your own risk! Now that's out of the way, have fun! It didn't break my gun, it shouldn't break yours if you are using a normal quality filament. Use the 3MF file!! not the STL file!! Basic short stroke: 1 piece is enough, you will lose side lock tho. 2 pieces are the max i dared to use long term (2 game days) using pla+. Full short stroke: 3 pieces needed, altough be avare! the basic spring inside is strong enough to brake the pieces, which will lead to - you guessed it - not a good time!! Use TPU in this case ( i would recommend A70 or A80 for this)
