Designed from original part. Direct fit, does not require any sanding or finishing work. May require an o-ring for the gearbox touching area. Just print as it is, scaling and bed orientation is good, minimal support may be required. I didn't try with PLA, i wanted it to be sturdy enough to withstand gearbox shocks, used PETG. You may need 2 pieces of M2.5 x 8mm screws to fit in, if you do not have any.
