G&G F2000 M4 hop-up conversion
thingiverse
Fixed sealing issues with the stock hop-up system, unable to exceed 450 fps. Engineered a custom magazine block and spacer ring to work seamlessly with a modified SHS Pro-Win style hop-up mechanism. Additionally, increased the size of the magazine tube to resolve feeding problems. The provided ring is an initial mock-up; it's likely that further adjustments will be necessary to achieve optimal performance (thickness was increased from 2mm to 2.5mm). To enhance the hop-up chamber, cut the lower tube that interfaces with the magazine and round off any sharp corners. These modifications resulted in a significant boost of 30 fps, reaching a maximum speed of 550 fps without experiencing blowback.
