G Feeder
thingiverse
Mike G's chicken feeder can be printed with the provided instructions, which include default speeds of 20% infill and ABS at 118°C HBP. A demo S3G file is also included. The print may take around six hours at slower speeds. Post-processing involves removing thin underside supports, prizing open the lid, and taking out the upper support from the hinges as well as separating the foot stand from the feed box base. Once cleaned up, the feeder's lid can be opened by pressing a pedal and closed when released, all in one print. The original design was hand-built by Mike G, while the replication was done with his approval. A licensing agreement is in place for commercial use, and any inquiries should be directed through messaging. Thank you, and have a great day!
