G+1_Barasat

This G+1 structure is situated within Barasat Municipality. It rests on a plot of 2KA 14CH 00Sq.ft, with a ground coverage of 907Sq.ft. The architectural plan was skillfully designed by my friend, Gourab Saha. My task involved creating a basic 3D model of the building. To cater to client preferences, I presented it in two color options; I favored blue, but yellow was chosen. Construction is currently underway. Thank you for your interest!
