You can attach this bird feeder to a window using the Ikea suction cup from the Stugvik or Tisken series. The Stugvik's are no longer in production, but you might still have one on hand. You can order the Tisken suction cup (number 703.812.75) if needed. This feeder is designed for small birds only, and in our experience, heavy birds cannot approach it due to its proximity to the window.
