Suitable for "FYSETC TMC2208 V1.2" stepper driver. Other versions of the driver may also be suitable, with only the potentiometer adjustment hole and the Vref measurement hole reserved, allowing my multimeter's measurement pin to fit snugly into place. The design can be found at https://wiki.fysetc.com/TMC2208/. A heat sink was not included in the design as the one I purchased has a T-shape, covering the pins on both sides of the driver from above.
