BOM:\r\n6 - 8mm magnet (door retention, glued with CA or epoxy)\r\n8 - M3x16 screw (cable clamps)\r\n8 - M3 Nut (cable clamps)\r\n4 - M3x6 screw (pcb mounting)\r\n4 - M5x8 screw (box to standoff, standoff to frame)\r\n4 - M3 Threaded Insert (pcb mounting)\r\n2 - M5 Threaded Insert (box to standoff)\r\n\r\nElectronics:\r\n1 - Nocuta NF-A9x14 Fan (12v fan. a buck adapter may be needed to feed this correctly)\r\n1 - FYSETC F6 v3.1\r\n\r\nZip Ties:\r\nAll slots are designed around the Utilitech brand 4in cable ties that are sold at Lowes in the US. their cross section measures .98mm x 2.37mm. they fit snugly but work well without modification.\r\n\r\nFusion 360 project: https://a360.co/2TvgO2e\r\n\r\nTop wiring passthroughs are for MMU2, Extruder, Hotend.\r\nRear wiring passthrough is for Heatbed.\r\nBottom opening is for XYZ steppers, PSU in\r\nFront slit above standoff is for LCD Ribbons.\r\n\r\nEdits:\r\nI've updated the door and standoffs to have sacrificial bridging on the holes.\r\nSmall adjustments were made to screw sizes in the BOM.\r\nAn issue was found with the original clamp file. a bit was missing where the screw head sets.\r\n\r\nHeat set nut info. I used the following inserts:\r\n\r\nM3: https://amzn.com/B07D683Q26 these are ~5.3mm on the knurling ~4.9mm at center diameter and ~4.9mm tall.\r\n\r\nM5: https://amzn.com/B077CHGNRV these are ~8.3mm on the knurling ~7.8mm on the smooth "insert this side first" end ~6.75mm tall.\r\n\r\nPlease provide back info on other inserts if you find issues or success during assembly. also, in worst-case scenarios where inserts pull out, a touch of super glue can be used to help keep things in place. this enclosure does not endure real loads so such a "fix" is a great way to salvage the printed parts.
