Here's an updated version of my design, building on the one I previously shared: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3621801. This new iteration includes a slot for an optional SD-card reader located at the front. Updates made in August 2019 include minor tweaks to the front panel to enhance its structural integrity and the addition of extra depth to ensure a snug fit with the bottom components.
