I'm building a mini racing quad with a diagonal arm span of 230mm. I print the frame using ABS or PETG and upgrade it with nylon shafts. Replacing these shafts is quick and doesn't require disassembling the entire frame. My build features 2204+ motors, a 20A mini ESC, a custom PDB board, and a Betaflight control board. The quad also comes equipped with a 32mm FPV camera and a 200mW 5.8GHz transmitter. This frame is designed to accommodate both 5-inch and 6-inch propellers. For example, I've flown it successfully with 4S batteries on a 5-inch setup and with 3S batteries on a 6-inch setup.
