This is for an FX Impact made for .30 cal, but should work for smaller calibers. Take the inner tube and wrap it with sponge or cotton, or even a dish rag, then stuff it into the outer tube. Make sure it's seated at the bottom in the channel. Then screw on the cap. Just unscrew the original shroud and screw this one on the end. I made mine out of PLA, but you might try using CF instead. Print the cap with male threads on top. Print the outer tube with threads on top. Print the inner tube with holes, giving it a bigger space at the top. Don't use any supports.
