Technological breakthroughs spearheaded by Scott en Cott have been enthusiastically adopted in the civil aircraft SeC-9 "Wolf," prompting Vanguard command to dispatch their leading engineers to collaborate with Design Bureau SeC, where they shared expertise and developed a specialized program focused on integrating these innovations.
