FW-190 Spinner for Hobbyking

I started by modifying rcKeith's spinner to work seamlessly with a Windsor 12 x 6 x 3 three-bladed prop, and after some tweaking, it flew like a charm. This custom design is specifically engineered to pair perfectly with the original FW-190 motor (skinny/long motor shaft), the original spinner base, and the original attachment screw. I also created a spacer that fits snugly over the hex protrusion on the spinner base, allowing the Windsor prop to press firmly against it. To get the perfect fit for the spacer on the spinner base hex, simply heat it with a hairdryer until it's slightly softened, then press it into place. When assembling the spinner, I discovered that slicing it at 98% size in both the X and Y directions helped it fit snugly into the base slots - your results may vary, however. To ensure smooth printing, be sure to print with supports. I opted for 50% infill on the spacer and a solid 100% infill on the spinner.
