Futuristic Tank!
thingiverse
My First 3D Design! I'm thrilled to share my very first 3D design - a futuristic tank created using the incredible Fusion 360 software! While it's not ideal for small-scale printing, I decided to print it at around 70mm in length, scaling up the rest accordingly. The cannon holds up reasonably well, but would truly benefit from being larger. When printing this tank, I aimed to replicate its natural resting position, so rotating the file might be the best approach. However, I haven't tested printing it with its current orientation in the STL file, so your input is invaluable! What do you think would work best? Here are my print settings: Printer: XYZ Davinci 1.0a Rafts: Doesn't matter - feel free to skip them! Supports: Yes - let's keep those supports handy! Resolution: I opted for a crisp 0.3mm resolution. Infill: You won't need more than 15% infill for this design, so keep it simple!
