Futures fin box

Futures fin box

thingiverse

Epoxy in fin box for a surfboard. Fits a futures fin. "thin wall" version is just smaller and uses less plastic. The opening for the fin is unchanged, but it was designed while waiting for the slow and oversized standard version. Should be plenty of area to glue to This is working successfully in pink EPS foam under kevlar (standard in PETG), and in basswood under a single layer of 4oz in a plywood rib/cedar strip surf (3x the thin wall version in PLA). Both used aggressively for kiting.
