I was blown away by danowar's ingenious "Remove Before Flight - Gimbal Protector" and couldn't wait to create one for my Futaba T16SZ. I took it upon myself to recreate the cross bar in TinkerCad, resizing it for a perfect fit on my 110mm centered stick. To accommodate the Futaba gimbal recess, I expanded the guard ring to a generous 51mm diameter. Two stylish lettering options are now available for the cross-bar, each featuring a distinct font width. Update: Building on my initial design, I've successfully added a new gimbal protector with an even narrower opening, precision-made from TPU to ensure a snug and secure fit around the stick.
