Rear bulkhead/battery box for the Futaba FXT. This modified bulkhead is designed to accommodate standard size lipo and newer NiMH battery packs, making installation easier than ever. A slight increase in height allows for improved accessibility. Mounting holes should be tapped with a M3 tap and secured using M3 machine screws and hardware. Originally created to address a badly bent or damaged FXT chassis, this part has since been refined for use on most other decent printers after accuracy issues were resolved. The model was carefully cleaned up to ensure smooth printing. UPDATE 11/29/20: A revised version of the part is now available, featuring simplified geometry and thicker sections for added strength. Dimensional errors have also been corrected, providing a more accurate print. Some revisions may still be necessary to accommodate dimensional mismatch between shock tower height and the original part, but this should not impact handling performance.
