I made another remix of jlambe15's great idea and design. I tweaked the struts so it would deliberately flex to hold different phones, and it works really well for both my S7 and Lumia 640. It's plenty sturdy and withstood a UK summer in the car without any issues, printed in PLA. This thing lasted over a year before snapping, which I think is good value. Just got another one made which reminded me to post this.
