I cracked the code on crafting these tri-sectional cubes, and they make for an excellent brain teaser. They boast a .4mm tolerance when fully sized up. If you're curious about how I managed to create this, I've uploaded a quick 10-minute video tutorial here: https://youtu.be/x8g29XM_Ksw To replicate it, print three of the CubeThird.stl files or use the file that bundles all three together, tricube.stl. Print Settings: Printer: Cetus Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm layer thickness, .4mm nozzle diameter Infill: 20% Notes: Depending on your printer's capabilities, you might be able to skip supports altogether. A light sanding where the supports were should suffice. I printed this at 50% size and initially had a snug fit, but after repeated use, it's now perfectly secure.
