Fusion 360 parametric universal project enclosure with lid
thingiverse
After constructing a millionth box from scratch for my latest electronic module, I decided to automate my design and save precious time in the future. You're welcome, folks! Every measurement is derived from the distance between the PCB mounting holes on the X-axis and Y-axis. This design relies on starting with a standard 4x screw mounting pattern, and the posts can later be repositioned in 'Patch' mode. Here's how it works: in Fusion360 Modelling mode > Modify > Change Parameters you input the mounting hole distances and enter the margins you want around your PCB. Everything resizes effortlessly! Check out my Instagram to see it in action and the customizable parameters. https://www.instagram.com/p/BgJiVITFWik/?hl=en&taken-by=as_motion_lab Show me what you create with it!
