Here is a rear filament guide block for F410 extruder, I chose to print with nylon, as it has lubricity properties and should last longer. You will notice that through hole top to bottom is blocked by one solid layer. That make the printer bridge the hole with one layer and than print the rest of the hole, removing the need to support that are difficult to remove from the hole.
