Fuselage for Lidl chuck glider
thingiverse
This is an alternative fuselage for the Lidl Chuck Glider. Print the four parts upright: A, B, C nose down and D nose up. Part C requires support. Print with one perimeter and ten percent infill. You might prefer to print part A stronger, two perimeters and forty percent infill (which will add seventeen grams). I have printed all the parts with ABS and glued them together using acetone. Update: Add a cover for the hole in the front. Update: A test flight was extremely successful. The glider flew fast and was fun to operate. Update: Add pictures taken after one year of flying, crashing, and repairing - it remains my first build. You can see the extra support provided by two pieces of filament on the outside.
