To have a kettle socket mains plug on my Mendelmax, I made a holder for it. The socket features a fuse for added safety. Ensure bridges are accurately calibrated before printing. After printing, remove the support membrane and attach the socket with cable. Finally, bolt the holder to the Mendelmax. :-)
