Fused Anderson Powerpole supply block
thingiverse
The model has two parts, the block & the cover. The block has slots for ¼" female quick disconnects (used for fuse connections) and pairs of Anderson Powerpole 15/30/45 amp connectors. The powerpole connector pairs may need to be tapped into place (from back to front) for a flush fit of the bottom of the mating interface. Ridges in the opening fit into the depressions on the connector pair. Quick disconnects may also need force to press into place until flush. All crimped connections should be made prior to assembly in the block. No support is needed. Wire connectors should be short enough to fit under the cover, or be flexible. As seen in the picture, all powerpole negative connectors are joined. One side of the fuse connections is joined, the other side has individual connections between fuse and powerpole positive connectors.
