Yeah i'm still at it! Time keeps slipping away from me as i struggle to complete this design. I really want to integrate some of my reworked components and smooth out the overall look, but that's going to happen down the line. I tweaked the files to suit my needs. To build the FuseBox printer, i envisioned using 2020 Aluminums, M4 screws, T-slot nuts, metal corners and a whopping 250mm T8 leadscrew found in the Ultimaker. But since I haven't even built the entire printer yet, nor printed all parts, there's no way to know if this will fit. It's definitely still a work in progress. Todo list: Change Z-Rod Mounts Add sensor mount to carrier Change Bed_Holder Install diagonal extrusions Finish overworked holder for endstops Better X/Y Rod Holder Holder for PSU and Ramps New carrier - maybe a modular one Build the whole thing Freshly build and upload all stl files once its finished Printer Details Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Kossel Mini Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Percentage: 20-50% Frame Details: 4 x 345+ mm (Vertical Frame) 6 x 380 mm (X Axis + diagonal) (Note - Updated on 12-jan-2016) 2 x 340 mm (Y Axis top) 2 x 300 mm (Y Axis bottom) 2 x 250 mm (Z Axis Bed) 1 x 147 mm (Bed middle) (Updated on 12-jan-2016) Important Tubings: At least 320mm PTFE Bowden tube 8 (+1 for extruder) x 625 Ball bearings 4 x LM8UU 4 x LM8LUU 3m GT2 Timing belt (~1,2m per side) 2 GT2 pullys (20 teeth) Update Log 2016-01-12 Reworked Z_Bedholder - Old stl still workable with 142 mm extrusion. New ones need 147mm. Tweaked sketchup to fix aligning issues. Fixed corner brackets and reduced diagonal rod length by -6mm. Adjusted the extruder to fit with 2020 and M4 2016-01-15 Replaced threaded rod with Tr10x2 due to leftover parts from my i3. Built holder for igus nut and replaced it in old assembly stl. Tightened up small bedholder on front. Added another flange to y-rod holder for better switch fixing. Started working on the z-switch holder, but it's not done yet. 2016-01-22 Overworked PSU holder. Switch holder and IEC-Socket have been added. Z-Axis endstop relocated to bottom and reworked a bit (i'm still unhappy with this). Entire Model is now colored - orange for printed parts!
