Fusebox 3 point bed leveling adapter(now with LOGO!)
pinshape
I designed a custom adapter to enable 3-point bed leveling on my Fusebox. It screws directly onto the bed frame at the end of the extrusions and uses the third hole on the heated bed for precise alignment. Note: This adapter may not perfectly fit every setup, so feel free to modify it in TinkerCAD if needed: https://tinkercad.com/things/5SHOg6t36YY Simply adjust the length and center hole to match your bed specifications. Update 06/09/2016: I revised the STL file to raise the middle section, reducing the required screw length. Supports are now unnecessary due to optimal orientation. Update 06/16/2016: The raised middle section was prone to bending under spring pressure. To address this, I thickened the section and reinforced the screw holes, also adding a FuseBox logo for style. Print Settings: Supports: None Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: 30% Notes: I used standard Fusebox print settings with 3 perimeters. However, since infill only applies to the middle section under spring pressure, ensure it's sufficient to prevent bending.
