Fuse (House Plug) Organiser
thingiverse
Small container to organize main power plug fuses. Holds three rows of seven fuses, with the primary ones being 13A, 5A, and 3A. Keeps them out of oversized blister packs and prevents them from rolling around if kept loose in a drawer. Print the box and lid bottom on bed so no support is needed. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2 layer height. (I prefer an initial layer height of 0.3 and a 105% initial line width for good bed adhesion.) Box and lid can be printed simultaneously, but I like to use only two top and bottom layers for the lid while adding an extra top layer (three total) for the box to ensure no gaps. Printed with two walls and 15% infill (Cura's cubic subdivision is strongest). My initial speed is 20mm/s, then after a couple of layers it increases to 40mm/s for infill and inner wall, and 25mm/s for outer wall for a nice finish. Use a small brim to prevent curling (I used 2mm). Your temperatures will depend on your filament, but the HobbyKing Yellow I'm using works well with 205 degrees and a bed temperature of 67 degrees initially dropping to 59 degrees at 98% flow. Print time is approximately three hours depending on settings. Check out my YouTube channel DonLabs for tips on electronics.
