I'm happy with the other insert that was posted here, but it's just not worth spending that kind of time and plastic on, so I opted for a simple solution that fits neatly into the existing cardboard sleeve. The one pictured is the third edition, and to be honest, I have no idea if the insert has changed for the fourth edition.
