Fursuit- or puppet-head base - version 57 - toondeer
thingiverse
This is a versatile base that can be used to create a puppet, plushie, robot, or fursuit-head costume. To ensure better heat dissipation, ventilation holes have been strategically added. The lower jaw is also designed to move. I opted not to include the ear model in this design, as I strongly advise against using rigid ears on a costume - they can be quite uncomfortable. Instead, consider using a felt or foam sheet for a more comfortable and flexible solution. The model has been scaled to accommodate standard costume sizes, measuring approximately 4cm wider than my own head (which is relatively small). If you need to adjust the size, feel free to do so. For optimal results, I recommend crafting the head at least 23cm wide for use as a costume. The current dimensions are geared towards larger heads with smaller cheekbones. For those who prefer to cut their head into separate parts, fursuithead57.obj is available.
