Fursuit- or puppet-head base - version 55 - tooncat
thingiverse
This is a versatile base that can be used to build a puppet, plushie, robot, or fursuit-head (costume). To ensure better heat-exchange, ventilation holes were strategically added throughout. The lower jaw is designed to move freely. I left out the model for the ears, so you'll need to substitute it with a felt or foam sheet instead. The model is sized to accommodate costume use, measuring about 2cm wider than my own head (which is relatively small). If you require a different scale, simply adjust it accordingly. For optimal results, I recommend creating the head at least 25cm wide for costume applications. A separate STL file, fursuithead55_tooncat_complete.stl, is available for those who prefer to cut the head into smaller sections.
