This is a versatile base that can be used to craft a puppet, plushie, robot, or fursuit-head costume. Strategically placed ventilation holes enhance heat exchange, ensuring optimal comfort. The lower jaw section is designed to move freely. I deliberately omitted the model's ear component - inflexible ears would be impractical for a costume. Instead, use a felt or foam sheet to create a more realistic and comfortable fit. The design is optimized for costume size, which translates to approximately 4cm wider than my own head (I have a relatively small head). If necessary, simply rescale the model to suit your needs. For optimal results, I recommend crafting the head at least 23cm wide when intended for costume use - this particular design features smaller cheek dimensions, making it suitable for larger heads.
