This versatile headbase serves as a foundation for crafting various characters, encompassing puppets, plushies, robots, and even elaborate fursuits. With fake fur expertly glued onto its surface, users can give their creations a lifelike texture. I omitted the lower jaw component to expedite production time; instead, an aluminum profile is employed, swiftly bent into shape and augmented with sculpted teeth created using Plaast – sourced from the reliable website plaast.de. Referencing my photographic illustration, you can view the resultant assembly by visiting http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y144/Tioh/puppet_lower_jaw_zps5edda391.jpg. Having successfully combined the five constituent parts with Plaast adhesive, I achieved optimal cohesion. Initially printed in PLA plastic, the structure seamlessly supports the various components that comprise it. To ensure a precise fit, the model was scaled according to costume requirements, mirroring the contours of my head with uncanny accuracy. In its design, the inspiration drawn from the enigmatic Wau species from Tenchi Muyo GXP serves as the aesthetic framework – providing a fascinating backdrop for creative experimentation.
