Furniture Spacer
thingiverse
Quick and easy adaptable spacers keep furniture away from walls. They're great for protecting paint or keeping things away from curtains or other wall obstacles. Print one wall piece and one foot piece, then print as many spacer pieces as needed for length. Each spacer piece adds 1 inch to the length. Make as many assemblies as needed for your furniture. The (-1) and (-2) files loosen the fitment by an increasing amount in case the fitment is too snug based on the printer's tolerances. Try printing a couple normal spacer pieces and check the fitment. Move to using the -1 or -2 based on findings. The pieces should fit together but snugly. This design is slim, fitting under sectional sofa bracing and allowing robot vacuums to drive over it. The AMF files work on modern slicers, but STLs can be added if needed. An RSDOC file is also included, made with DesignSpark Mechanical, for remixing in your own way.
