Furniture Risers
thingiverse
I made these furniture risers for someone who has trouble getting up from a seated position. They fit three-cushion couches, kitchen chairs with standard spindle legs, and folding metal chairs. Two different risers are needed for the front and back legs of the folding chair because of their unique angle. The source files are available online; feel free to study, modify or copy them as you see fit. You can find them here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/7eb603b7913389056112333d/w/c00cdcab7c7dea52958e9b1f/e/0518b60efdd1684b63cde5b6 I printed these risers with 20% eSun ABS+ fill, fast honeycomb interior and a thickness of about 1mm for the top, bottom and shell. I used the ONSHAPE online CAD tool to design them.
