Furniture-friendly feet for T-Trak modules
thingiverse
T-Trak modules can be easily set up on any table, but most require a 1/4" bolt as their leg. This bare bolt won't impress anyone when placed on a friend's fine dining room table made of mahogany. I've used commercial felt covers for furniture legs in the past, but they're pricey and have limited adjustment capabilities. That's why I came up with some easily printable feet to finish module legs. These feet are designed for both hex and carriage bolts and can be attached by pressing them onto the bolt head. I apply a dab of acrylic caulk to secure them in place. The published size works perfectly for me, but you may need to adjust it slightly depending on your specific needs. Once the feet are attached to the bolt, simply add a self-adhesive felt pad to the end and you'll have beautifully finished module legs that won't damage your friend's furniture.
