furniture excentric connector e.g. for rastex system 15 mm

This is a jig to make the installation of furniture connectors I bought from hettich more easy and accurate. It is for plates with 16 mm thickness. For the wholes I used 2.5 cm long tubes with outer diameter of 10 mm for the 8 mm holes and with 7 mm outer diameter for the 5 mm holes. The big hole is 15 mm in diameter for the excentric connector and has 34 mm distance to the edge, to be used with the 34 mm long screws. To be as accurate as possible it is important to use always the same reference edge in order to overcome small differences in plate thickness as all holes besides the 15 mm hole do have a distance of 8 mm (middle point) to the corresponding edge ... So far I did not test them yet. In case there is interest for the use I will try to explain it somewhere (maybe on youtube....). Update 13.10.2020: Small correction for the 5 mm whole as there was a small error for the distance. Photos of the final jig and a test piece will be added soon
