Furniture Caster Bedbug Traps

It happens in even the most immaculate homes. These clever traps are designed to catch critters as they attempt to crawl up or down bed posts or other furniture legs. You get three sizes to choose from - 3.1 inches round, 2 inches round, and 2.5 by 3 inches rectangle. The size refers to the maximum diameter of the leg that will fit in the center, while the overall dimensions are slightly larger. To use them effectively, fill the outer moat with about one-eighth inch of diatomaceous earth or other bedbug powder. Then, place these casters as a caster under each furniture leg. The bugs will be trapped in the moat and killed by the powder. Leave them in place until no additional bugs are caught. I successfully eliminated a severe bedroom infestation using these casters in conjunction with a low-cost fabric steamer and the application of powder along baseboards and door thresholds. It takes several weeks for all eggs to hatch, and then the powder does its part to eradicate the problem.
