The addition of a skirt adds an extra layer of protection and smoothness to the print. One minor issue that arose during testing was a separation of the lid guide on the case bottom at one edge. This problem can be easily avoided by ensuring proper installation of the lid, paying close attention to remove any burrs or excess filament from the lid's edge.
