Furious FPV Moskito 70 propeller guard

UPDATE 16/05/2017: Added a version with no center supports as requested in comments. UPDATE: V4 is now more crash-resistant, has bigger screw holes, and proper orientation for printing without rotating. This design matches the original protectors of furiousfpv's moskito 70, one of the smallest brushless fpv quads, for the most part. It weighs about 6g according to Cura, roughly the same as the original protector. True printed protector weight is about 0.7g more and a bit more fragile on PLA, but perfectly usable to keep propellers safe and resist light to moderate crashes. Print Settings Printer: Hephestos 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 6 perimeters with 0.2mm extruder. Print the big circular protectors facing down. Support is recommended for a good finish, although it's possible to print directly. Adhesion might be tricky as that side is slightly curved for better aerodynamics. Post-Printing About Screw Holes The model has all needed holes to mount it with correct size if the printer can achieve such precision. With some printers, re-drilling on center holes (on V3) may be necessary because I prefer a tight fit. Remember to remove support material in intersection of circles as well, not only from arms that connect to frame.
