I'm printing the 20x2.5mm with supports. After my PETG funnel "Thing" broke off in my car, I'm extra cautious about sticking printed parts in my motorcycle. So, I decided to print it in Nylon instead. However, getting it to stick was a challenge. To overcome this issue, I had to add supports to prevent it from tipping over while printing at 50% of normal speed. In the photos, the white one is the Nylon part, and the black one is PETG that's already been discarded. The nylon requires extensive cleaning: - Remove all supports - Use a sharp razor blade to remove excessive Fuz - Carefully remove partial threads from the bottom. They might peel off and end up in the engine - Polish with Ajax kitchen cleaner both inside and out to clean the threads thoroughly. Make sure to clean your part afterwards! I often use Ajax to lap PLA joints, but it's not ideal for nylon.
